How it works

Our BEMY process

Step 1

The first step we always take is to sit down with and discuss your needs face to face.  This we would normally do in one of our offices by appointment.  It would be a completely private meeting, where we take time to get to know you as a client, and also answer any questions you have about us as a business.  

 

During the initial meeting we would not present any products, this is a discussion of your requirements and budgets etc.  Using images and our knowledge to guide you on this journey.

Step 2

The second step would be a follow up meeting, this again would ideally be at one of our offices  At this stage, dependant on your requirements, we would introduce some sketches or possibly some items of jewellery  During this consultation the idea is to start narrowing down what you require and move towards your perfect piece of jewellery.

Step 3

During step three we would be looking to finalise your selection or design choices with you.  At this stage our aim would be confirming the fixed elements of your selection, size dimensions etc.  And discussing the final cost of the project.  We may also look at confirming CAD designs to help the process.

Step 4

Delivering the finished article, and time for the smile !
